Ongoing mentoring

Two 1:1 sessions a month on your live work, written feedback between sessions, and direct access when something comes up. Month to month. Stay as long as it's moving you forward.

One-off 1:1

One deep session on one real problem. A brief, a career decision, an interview. You leave with a written action plan within 48 hours.

Team mentoring

Mentoring for two to four junior marketers in one business, plus a monthly team session on a shared brief.
